Answers to the questions people usually ask first.
If your question isn't here, send it through on the contact form — Cody's happy to chat through anything before locking in a session.
What is mobile personal training?
Mobile personal training is one-on-one or group fitness coaching that comes to you. Instead of you travelling to a gym, Cody brings the session to your home, garage, local park or somewhere else that suits your day.
Do I need equipment or a gym at home?
No. Cody brings whatever equipment your session needs. If you already have gear at home, even better — sessions can use what you have or be designed around bodyweight, resistance bands and small portable equipment.
Where does the training actually happen?
Wherever works for you. Common spots are clients' homes, garages, driveways, backyards, local parks and outdoor green spaces around Cockburn. Cody can also run small group sessions at workplaces.
What happens if it rains?
If you train outdoors and the weather turns, Cody will work with you to move undercover, switch to a home or garage session, or reschedule to a time that works better. Training stays consistent — the location flexes.
How long does a session run?
Most sessions run between 45 minutes and an hour, depending on what you're working on and how much time you have. Cody will work out the right length with you in the first chat.
Do you offer one-off sessions or do I need a long-term commitment?
Both options are available. Some clients prefer ongoing weekly sessions for accountability, while others book casually around their schedule. Cody will help work out what suits your goals and lifestyle in the first chat.
I haven't trained in a long time. Is mobile PT still right for me?
Yes — a lot of Cody's clients are people getting back into training after a long break, recovering from injury, or just starting out. Sessions are built around where you are now, not where you think you should be.
Which suburbs does Renegade PT cover?
Mainly Cockburn, Success, Atwell, Wandi, Spearwood, Coolbellup, Hammond Park, Beeliar, Aubin Grove and nearby suburbs in the 6163 and 6164 postcodes. If you're a bit further out, send Cody your suburb and he can let you know what's possible.
Still got questions?
Send Cody a quick message and he'll get back to you — no pressure to book anything in.
